Aloha! Thank you for considering me to work with you in bringing a piece to life. To ensure a seamless experience, please review the following policies:

1. Inquiry Submission:

Please submit all inquiries through official channels, such as this website or Alpha Omega Studio (@tattoo.aos on Instagram).
2. Right to Refuse Service:

I prioritize a positive and respectful environment, and any requests conflicting with this principle may lead to the refusal of service.

"No-shows" are confirmed clients who abandon scheduled appointments without prior notice. The artist will no longer service these clients for future appointments. ​

3. Consultation Process:

If your inquiry aligns with my artistic style and availability, we will schedule a consultation via Zoom or meet in-person if necessary.

Inquiries that involve exact references and clear instructions will not require a consultation unless requested by the client.

4. Design and Deposit:

Upon approval of the design during the consultation, a non-refundable deposit fee is required. This fee contributes to the overall cost of your tattoo and secures your commitment to the appointment.
5. Appointment Confirmation:

Your appointment is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Any modifications to the design or appointment time must be communicated and agreed upon in advance. Last minute changes may result in rescheduling and a new deposit submission.

6. Skin Preparation:

Proper skin preparation is essential for optimal tattoo results. Your artist may deny/cancel the tattoo session if the area to be tattooed is sunburnt or irritated. To avoid this, please read through the suggested preparation care:

Protect the designated area from excessive sun exposure before your scheduled appointment.

Stay hydrated in the days leading up to your session.

Moisturize with gentle, non-scented lotion.

7. Cancellation Policy:

No-shows and cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, necessitating a new deposit for future appointments.

8. Pricing and Payment:

Full payment is expected on the day of the appointment. Pricing is determined based on the size, complexity, and estimated time required for the tattoo.

9. Age Requirement:

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo.

Valid identification is required.

10. Client & Artist Health Status:

For the safety of both the artist and client, the artist will not proceed the tattoo session if you are actively coughing or exhibiting symptoms of illness.

If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for an infectious disease, please notify your artist or the tattoo shop as soon as possible.

In the event that the artist is unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, you will be notified. The appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.

11. Aftercare Instructions:

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided post-tattoo session. Adhering to these guidelines is essential for optimal healing.
